Artist Talks for January/February 2023 Exhibitions
Reni Gower, Franchell Mack Brown, and Sandhi Schimmel Gold, January/February featured solo artists, will talk about their work at Artspace Gallery on January 28 at 2:00pm. The event is free, open to the public, and no rsvp is necessary.
Reni Gower’s show, GEOmatrix: a Perfect Proof, features hand cut works of paper, vinyl, or Tyvek. Franchell Mack Brown’s show, FLAGVIBES: a perspective of PERSONHOOD from an-Other American, features mixed media including crocheted ribbons, ropes, cords, freshwater pearls, semi precious stones, and synthetic hair. Sandhi Schimmel Gold’s show, Memoir and Mirrors: A reflection of four generations of creative women, features mixed media assemblages.
