"A color appears in my mind, and the process begins...using the medium of pigmented wax I start intuitively based on the concept of an abstract landscape. My love of color fuels each artistic journey. Through surface manipulation of paint and mark making, I invent environments hidden between brush strokes. A painting is complete when my vision materializes: surface color and arrangement come together to evoke the feeling that I have arrived at that imaginary place in my artist expedition. "
