Veils of Perception: Facades and the Hidden Within
“Veils of Perception” explores the theme of concealment through a distinctly feminine lens, focusing on how surfaces, layers, and barriers obscure deeper truths. Through a series of sculptures, this collection delves into facades, veils, curtains, and layers, where what is immediately visible may only hint at what lies beneath.
Each sculpture examines the interplay between feminine identity, societal expectations, and self-concealment. The works invite viewers to question the roles, masks, and facades that women have been historically expected to adopt, as well as the hidden strength and complexity behind those surfaces.
