Artspace, a nonprofit contemporary art gallery, continues its 2022 exhibition season with a gallery-wide showing of artwork selected by Juror, Jacob Daroca-Kincheloe. The opening, scheduled for Friday, March 25, 2022, will showcase the work of forty-two artists from the Richmond area and beyond.
About the Juror:
Jacob Daroca-Kincheloe is an Artist, Educator, and Event Producer based in Richmond, Virginia and Richmond, California. He is the Associate Director at the Fellowship of Craft, and half of the creative team behind the California Bay Area’s prestigious Craneway Craft Fair. A former Adjunct Professor of Drawing and Painting at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and at the San Francisco Art Institute, Kincheloe studied at the North Carolina School of the Arts, the San Francisco Art Institute (BFA), the Penland School of Craft, and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston/Tufts University (MFA). His work in Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture has been exhibited in galleries and museums nationally and internationally.
