CALL FOR ARTISTS

Announcing the next event in our Juried-Show Series to be curated by Petie Bogen-Garrett, original Director of the Crossroads Gallery of Richmond and former Exhibition Coordinator of the Andrews Gallery at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg. The shows will be held in Artspace's new Upstairs Gallery.

Our Fourth in the series:

"NO OBJECT: An Abstract Show"
juried by Leigh Ann Chambers.

About our Abstract Show Juror: Leigh Anne Chambers is the Executive Director of the Rawls Museum Arts an affiliate of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, located in Courtland Virginia. Chambers has a painting degree from East Carolina University and is an avid supporter of regional artists.

Information for Artists: Drop-off for artists will be August 20-28, during business hours. Please Note: Drop-off will end before the Labor Day Holiday Weekend. GET YOUR WORK IN EARLY! The jurying will take place during the day on Friday, August 29. Juror will make selections from actual artwork. Artists may submit up to 3 pieces total, in any medium. There will be an $8 entry fee, per piece (Artspace Members pay only $6 per entry). All works must be properly framed and ready to hang. Gallery commission is 33%. Please price your work appropriately. ALL MEDIA ACCEPTED!
